Founded in 2002, Anhui Yangzi Flooring Incorporated Company produces laminate, SPC, engineered wood and solid wood flooring. We supply partners in more than 50 countries, with Chinese production running in our own plants from substrate processing to finished boards.

Manufacturing scale with direct process control
Anhui Yangzi Flooring Incorporated Company is listed on China's National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ: 430539). Headquartered in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, the company supplies overseas importers, distributors, retail buyers and project contractors.
All Chinese production takes place in our own plants, covering every step from substrate processing to finished flooring, with no outsourcing.
In Australia, we supply laminate, hybrid and timber flooring to the retailer Harvey Norman.

We manufacture five product categories to support commercial distribution and project sourcing.
Laminate flooring
Boards in 7, 8 and 12 mm thicknesses with AC3 to AC5 wear ratings.
SPC flooring
Rigid core flooring from 4 to 7 mm, with lightweight micro-foamed options.
Engineered wood flooring
Multilayer and three-layer constructions with a wide choice of natural veneers.
Solid wood flooring
Solid hardwood flooring in multiple timber species and finishes.
Mouldings & transitions
Coated MDF mouldings color-matched to our floors, from floor to trim.
Production facilities and integrated logistics
Our total annual production capacity is approximately 35 million square meters. A warehouse and logistics center in China handles palletized loading and container dispatch for export.
Laian plant
Wholly owned subsidiary Laian Yangzi Flooring Co., Ltd. produces laminate, engineered wood and solid wood flooring, and hosts our provincial-level enterprise technology center.
Meijia plant
Wholly owned subsidiary Anhui Yangzi Meijia New Material Technology Co., Ltd. produces SPC and new-material flooring, and was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in 2025.
Canada factory
Our factory in Canada produces laminate flooring.

Our production is certified to ISO management standards for quality, environment and occupational health and safety. An accredited testing center and dedicated research laboratories support product development and verification.
