Dark laminate flooring in a living room

Laminate flooring, our largest category

Laminate is our largest category, with annual capacity of about 15 million m². We make it in our own plants in Anhui Province, China, and at our factory in Canada, for importers, distributors, retail buyers and project contractors.

Surface and edge technology

Close-up of embossed laminate flooring with a pressed edge
  • Three layers instead of four

We replaced the conventional two layers of wear paper with a single-layer liquid wear-resistant coating. This improves wear resistance, gives a smoother surface and keeps printed patterns sharp.

  • 4D texture

Embossing follows the printed grain, so the texture can be felt as well as seen.

  • Edge options

    • Flat joint
    • Painted bevel, with an extra paint layer on the edges
    • Arc pressed edge
    • V-groove pressed edge

What to include in a quotation request

  • Decor or wood look, with a reference image or item code if you have one
  • Plank length, width and thickness
  • Wear rating: AC3, AC4 or AC5
